This is a brand new Alpina B7 for a 2009-2012 BMW F01 F02 F03 F04 7 Series.  In the US we have a new super sexy 7 Series option to choose from from 2009+.  It's called the Alpina B7 and though you may not have one of them you can make the front end of your 7 look like it.  It comes primed and ready for painting, and comes brand new in factory packaging.  If you've seen any Alpina enhancements on a BMW before then you know how dramatic of a difference it makes.
